INSCRIPTION

The Raid will take place between the 21th and the 27th of October .

On Sunday the 21th of October, in the morning, we all will meet in the aerodrom of Almonte in order to take all the passports from the participants and take care of the steps to be done with the customs police.

If possible by unexpected problems, the route of the Raid will be this one:

• Sunday 21/10/2007: Takeoff from Almonte to Tanger in orther to lunch there and celebrate our entry in Afrika flying then to Rabat.
• Monday 22/10//2007: Rabat - Essaouira
• Tuesday 23/10/2007: Essaouira - Tata - Iriki Lake
• Wednesday 24/10/2007: Iriki Lake - Zagora
• Thursday 25/10/2007: Zagora - Merzouga
• Friday 26/10/2007: Merzouga - Merzouga
• Saturday 27/10/2007: Merzouga - Almonte

The price per person is:

This price includes :

• 7 nights, 1 in berber tents in the dessert.
• Diary breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Help in land for the contingencies that could occur.
• Preparation of the landing places in the dessert.
• Land moving from the airplanes to the hotels.
• Trip in 4x4 through the dunes of Erg Chebbi.
• Legal steps with the Moroccan Air Department and special permissions to fly with ultralight aircrafts in Morocco.
• One satellite telephone per plane, that guarantees the communications.
• The Raid Aeroflap Morocco flying bag containing:
  • A flightbook per plane with all the information about the routes and about the Raid with the stages and a brief summary with french, spanish and english aeronautical phraseology.
  • Caps, poles and trousers with the Raid logo for every participant.
  • The DVD of the previous edition per person and a large variety of details that will do of this Raid an unfogettable experience.

After the Raid, we promise to compile all photos realized by the participants who send them to us and edit a new DVD from the Raid Aeroflap Morocco 2007, that will be sent to pilots and co-pilots with no additional costs.

With so many people interested in taking part in our Raid this year, no inscription will be considered done until we receive the 20% of the total amount of the cost of the Raid, 500 € in our account.

We will fly across a country wich time counting runs different from ours, so we have to obtain all permissions and do every negotiation with months of time to solve any problem that certainly will emerge, so we have fixed the following calendar of inscriptions:

Until 2007 July the 15th

10% discount:

1.940 € per person + 16% TAV → 2.250 € per person

Until 2007 July the 31th

2.155 € per person + 16% TAV → 2.500 € per person

Annulation refunds:

Until 15.07.2007: 100% of the money paid
From 15.07.2007 to 31.07.2007: 50% of the money paid
After 31.07.2007: No refund will be done.
